Join Dr. Hutchens for Group Pilates Classes!

Dr. Hutchens teaches Mat Pilates at the Parker Rec Center on Lincoln Avenue.

Her group classes are every Saturday at 11:45 a.m. and every other Wednesday at 11:10 a.m.
(Check with the doc which Wednesdays or check the Parker Rec Center Online Schedule.)

Her classes are open to all men and women of all ages and abilities.

As an exercise instructor, she realizes the ability-differences of all patrons in her classes and show modifications throughout her classes.  This allows all patrons to get the most benefit out of each exercise, and be able to do all of the exercises.   

This is your opportunity to experience what it means to build CORE STRENGTH from the doc!
